What is the flooring installation process like, and how long will it take to complete?

The installation process involves surface preparation, application of the chosen flooring system, and polishing time. Downtime varies depending on the size of the area and the system used, but we will work with you to minimize disruptions and provide a clear timeline before starting the project.

Can my warehouse floors be dust-proof?

Yes. Polished concrete or sealed concrete reduces dust accumulation. This creates an easy-to-maintain surface.

What is the maintenance required to keep the flooring in good condition?

Both epoxy and polished concrete floors are low-maintenance, requiring only regular cleaning to keep them in optimal condition. They are durable enough to withstand heavy use without the need for frequent repairs or recoating.

Will the epoxy leave a smell?

We use low-VOC products whenever possible. While some systems may emit an odour during drying, there is no detectable scent once the project is complete.

Do you offer a warranty on your services?

Yes! Warranty is entirely dependent on the system chosen, application, quality of concrete, and traffic. During the quoting period we can specify with each proposed system what the warranty period would be.

Our front stairway was in a poor condition, concrete crumbling and cracking, with several layers of previous waterproof coatings peeling on the top.
